We had the Cubs and Scouts attend St Helena on Friday night for the night theatre which was awesome! Our youth members learnt a lot about the history of the island as well as seeing some of the old buildings and imagining what it would have been like. Although some of it was slightly confronting for our younger cubs they all walked away a lot more knowledgeable and with a lot more understanding of what it used to be like for the prisoners and guards.
